Munnar, Kerala is a town in the southern western state of Kerala, located at an altitude of 1600 meters above sea level. The name Munnar, Kerala is believed to mean “three rivers”, Munnar town in Kerala is situated on the kannan Devan hills. Kovalam in Kerala has three beaches separated by rocky outcroppings in its 17 km coastline, the three together form the famous crescent of the Kovalam beach.

  • The southernmost beach, the Lighthouse Beach is the one most frequented by tourists while at Kovalam, Kerala. Lighthouse Beach got its name due to the old Vizhinjam Lighthouse located on a 35 meter high on top of the Kurumkal hillock. The lighthouse is built using stones, is coloured in red and white bands and enjoys a height of 118 feet. Its intermittent beams at night render the beach with an unearthly charm. A must visit while you are in Kerala.

  • Eve’s Beach, more commonly known as Hawa Beach, ranks second, is a beehive of activities with fishermen setting out for sea. With a high rock promontory and a calm bay of blue waters, this Kerala beach paradise creates a unique aquarelle on moonlit nights.

  • A large promontory separates this part from the southern side. Samudra Beach doesn't have tourists thronging there or hectic business. The local fishermen ply their trade on this part.

    Laced with canals languid backwaters and lagoons, in Kerala, Kumarakom bird sanctuary is home to many species like Siberian storks and varieties of other migratory birds. Periyar National Park and Periyar Tiger Reserve are one of the major tourist attractions in Thekkady, Kerala, with a total area of over 770 square km, of which around 360 square kilometres are evergreen forest. While in Kerala, Periyar National Park provides a lot of opportunities for exploration, nature rambling, and wildlife viewing with boat ride are major activities. Some of the species that inhabit the area of Thekkady, Kerala are Elephants, Sambar, Tigers, Gaur or Indian Bison, Langurs, and Macaques. Apart from the reserve, there are other attractions close by such as the Mangala Devi Kannagi Temple, the Cardamom Hills, Chellar Kovil waterfalls and many others. This patch in Sholayar ranges so beautifully intertwined with lush green forest cover and sizzling silver cascades and located central to Cochin and River Nila(Bharathapuzha), is a treat for the eyes during the monsoon. Swollen Chalakkudy river, Charpa, Vazhachal and Athirapally are ideal places where the monsoon is to be enjoyed. Once we reach Thekkady, we’ll check into the hotel and get ready for soaking in the sights and sounds of this magical land. Fancy a traditional Kathakali (dance) or Kalaripayattu (ancient martial art) performance? How about an elephant ride? Or, a spice plantation visit? If you are a wildlife enthusiast, you must visit the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, India’s largest wildlife sanctuary. A boat cruise in the Periyar Lake is an affair to remember!

The perfect amalgamation of art, history, mythology and culture, Kanniyakumari is a traveller’s delight! Iconic monuments like the Vivekananda Rock Memorial – built in memory of the revered Indian poet and philosopher Swami Vivekananda – comprising the serene Dhyana Mandapam (meditation hall) will transport you to another world, far removed from the hustle-bustle of everyday existence. You don’t have to be a devout Hindu to visit the Bagavathi Amman Temple that houses a stunning stone idol of Goddess Kanya Kumari.

We will stay for the night at Kanyakumari. Because we simply cannot miss the sunrise and sunset here – they are priceless!

Post-breakfast, we embark on a delightful tour of the beach town by the Arabian Sea.   • Quotes are subject to change till the initial payment has been made. The Offer/ Quote are based on specific Hotels & Room Category as requested. In case any of the Hotels or Room Category is not available; an alternate option will be suggested with the difference of cost if at all any.

    Accommodation:

    • Price quoted is based on Star Category as requested and on a Twin Sharing Basis. (Minimum 2 Adults travelling together).
    • Price quoted is based on base category rooms and will vary depending upon your upgrade requirements.
    • Rates are subject to change without prior notice & subject to availability. Additional charges might be applicable if amendments are made once the reservation is confirmed.
    • Official Check-in time: 1400 hrs onwards
    • Official Check-out time: 1200 hrs
    • Charges might incur as per Hotel policies for early Check-in or late Checkout requests.
    • Hotel has the right to charge the client or refuse stay at their property in case of any misuse of room.
    • A/C might not be available in hill stations and will be advised at the time of booking.

    Transportation and Sightseeing:

    • Private A/C Car daily from pick up to drop off at the hotel. Duration not to exceed 10 hours a day.
    • For domestic Packages each extra Km will be charged
    • Car choice will vary depending upon your budget requirements.
    • You will have private transportation with multilingual driver.
    • The driver will accompany you in to majority of the sites; however, a few are self-guided tours.
    • All sightseeing entry passes as mentioned on the itinerary included in the package
    • No refunds will be available for any unutilized services.

    Meals:

    • All packages include Breakfast until and unless a request is made for all meals inclusive package.
    • For packages quoted with all meals inclusive, breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided.
    • Your preference should be confirmed at the time of booking. A set menu or buffet meal is offered for lunch and dinner. Any special requests such as vegetarian, food allergy etc. should be informed at the time of booking.
    • Breakfast and refreshment is not included on arrival date.

    Miscellaneous:

    • The above mentioned itinerary can be changed subject to flight timings and other special
    • 5% GST applicable to all package quotes.
    • No refund for services such as meals, sightseeing’s, flight delay or cancellation of flight etc. not utilized on the tour.
    • Promotional rates are valid only until the period as mentioned on the promotion.
    • Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall subject to Ernakulum Jurisdiction
    • In A/C Deluxe & A/C Super Deluxe category Houseboat, A/C will be operational from 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M
    • Houseboat check in is at 12 Noon and cruise is till 5 PM and there after boat will be anchored according to the Government regulations.

    Package exclusions:

    • Any expenses of personal nature. Tours not mentioned on the package, Room service in hotels, phone calls made from hotel room, food and drinks ordered apart from what has been offered as mentioned above, tips, porter chargers etc.
    • Airfares are not included in the given package rate until and unless specifically stated on the package.
    • Any expenses incurred or loss caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities( landslide, floods) Flight delay/rescheduling/cancellation, any accidents/Medical evacuations, Strikes etc.

    Payments and Refunds:

    • 30 or more days before departure 30% of total package cost is needed for booking a package.
    • Between 30- 15 days before departure 60% of total package cost is needed for booking a package
    • Between 14 -7 days before departure 100% of total package cost is needed for booking a package
    • The rates quoted here are subject to change as per availability without prior notice.
    • Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangement which may come in to effect prior to departure.
    • Payment can be made either by cash or Credit Card. For cash payments we require copy of payer’s PAN Card. For Credit Card payments there will be an additional credit card processing charge.
    • Payment can be made either by Cash/Credit Card/Debit Card. For payments through our website (Payment Gateway) processing fee of 2% will be charged to the total tour package cost.
    • Foreign currency payments can be made and rates will be determined as per the Company’s Bank exchange rates on the day of payment.
    • Please allow 14 working days for any refunds requested as a result of cancellation. Refunds will be made in the form of Nava Hospitality and Leisure Pvt. Ltd. Company Cheque only.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellation charges are applicable if a cancellation is made after confirming a reservation.

    • Cancellation within 30 days of arrival - Full Refund of payment made
    • Cancellation  between 10 - 15  days - Refund of 50%  of payment made
    • 07  days before departure - Refund of 25% of payment made.
    • Less than 07 days before departure - No refund.

    Important:

    • Please adhere to the schedules provided for a seamless vacation. Please be ready at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time to avoid delays. Please wait at the mentioned pick up spot.

    Porterage / Handling of luggage:

    • Porterage is not included; the traveller should take full responsibility of their luggage. Nava Hospitality and Leisure Pvt. Ltd. bear no responsibility of lost luggage or personal belongings.

    Non Utilization:

    • No refunds will be available for any unutilized services.
